Cross Country Teams Compete at Wheatland
The girls and boys ran cross country at Wheatland on Thursday October 15. Kyle Weber placed 26tth on varsity in a time of 22:39. Kelsey Butler took home the 10th place medal on varsity in a time of 19:32. Maggie Zody was a medalist running in 14th place in a time of 20.41. The next action for the cross country runners will be on Saturday October 24 at Hill City when they run at the regional cross country meet. The girls will run at 2:00 and the boys will run at 2:30. The top ten finishers in both divisions will qualify for the state cross country meet at Wamego on Saturday October 31.
