EHS H1N1 Immunization Clinic
The H1N1 Flu Clinic for EHS students has been scheduled for next Tuesday, Nov. 24th @ 1:30. The Ellis County Health Dept. will be administering shots only; no nasal mist will be available. A consent form must be signed in order to receive the vaccine. Approximately 50 students have consent forms turned in. It is not too late to sign up for the vaccine. Consent forms may be obtained from the office or downloaded here. Vaccination is the best way to protect yourself from H1N1 illness!
