Coach Carroll's comments:
The season is off and running. It was great to have two players in the top ten to start the season but I’m even more excited about our response to today. Cade and Brady played well but know that they can play better. They each have confidence and know that they are going to have to earn it each week. Zach is a much better golfer than the score that he turned in today and I expect him to be competing for medals in the coming week. Holden and Cody both struggled today but what excites me as a coach is their desire to get better. Nobody on this team is content with how they played. We know that we must continue to work at getting better by spending time on the range and putting green. I think that by the end of the season we will look back at our 416 from today and be amazed at how much better we are compared to right now. I’m excited for what lies ahead for this team. Next action is at Norton on April 20 and at Atwood on April 21.
