Railers Finish Season With Win

On Friday, October 27th, the Ellis Railers took on the Oakley Plainsmen at Oakley. The Railers started it off strong scoring in the second play of the game, Joseph Eck with a touchdown. Bryce Younger scored another touchdown for the Railers in the first quarter. The Plainsmen were ready to fight back scoring their own touchdown. The Railers received the ball on a punt return and Joseph Eck scored a touchdown off of it leaving the score at the end of the first quarter 20-6, Railers. In the second quarter the Plainsmen fought hard scoring another touchdown, but unfortunately the Railers didn't score leaving the score at the end of the first half 20-13, Railers. In the third quarter the Railers scored two more touchdowns by Joseph Eck and Bryce Younger. The Railers also scored a two-point conversion made by Geoffrey Soneson. The Plainsmen returned scoring another touchdown leaving the score at the end of the third quarter 34-20, Railers. In the final quarter the Plainsmen scored yet another touchdown but their proved to be strong as the Railers couldn't get past them. The final score at the end of the game was 34-27, Railers. Good Job to Railer Football!
