Lady Railers Travel to Trego

On Spetember 26th the Lady Railers took on the Phillipsburg Panthers, Hill City Ringnecks, and Trego Eagles. To start off the night the Railers took on the Panthers, half way through the game Kaylyn Foster was injured, bring the librero Shelby Werth into the front row for the rest of the match and then was replaced by Abigail Mattheyer.The Railers ended up losing to the Panthers 14-25 and 14-25 Samantha Crawford led the team in kills with 5 and Natalie Schoenberger followed with 4, Waldschmidt had 5 assists and Schoenberger had 4. Next the Lady Railers went up against the Ringnecks, they lost in two with the scores being 9-25 and 15-25. Schoenberger led the team in kills with 3 and Kelsey Brack had 2. For the last game of the night Ellis and Trego went head to head, but the Railers came up short 13-25 and 14-25. Abby Burton and Schoenberger led the team with 3 kills each. The Lady Railers will be competing at home in the Ellis Invitational this Saturday at 8:00am.
